To qualify for a refund, customers may express an interest in returning ordered products within 7 days of delivery.

Products must meet the below conditions to be eligible for a refund: 

• The item(s) must be in original condition 

• The item(s) must be unworn 

• The item(s) must be unwashed 

• The item(s) must contain no damage 

Free gifts, sale and/or promotional items may not be eligible for return or refund. 

To return an item, a R100 courier fee applies and may be deducted from your refund due, please contact our Customer Services for further assistance
