How will I receive my order? 

Local Orders 

We use reputable South African couriers to get your Emtwini shoes delivered quickly to your door. 

Every parcel that leaves our Warehouse has a tracking number which we can use to track the progress of that parcel effortlessly. When a parcel is booked out with our couriers, our consultant will update your order with your tracking number and notifies you either by email or SMS or Whatsapp. But if subscribed to our emails, you can track your order via our chat on the website.

Once your parcel is with our couriers, you will also get regular updates about your delivery so that you can prepare for its arrival, and your order tracking email will have a link which you can use to query your delivery at any given time.  

International Orders 

Our international orders are shipped via DHL Express. Notification and a tracking link will be sent once an order has been dispatched Custom duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.
 

I've just placed my order. When can I expect delivery? 

Local Orders 

Shipping times do vary depending on your delivery address. 

We typically deliver within 2 - 5 working days anywhere in South Africa, however, occasionally parcels may have slightly longer delivery times based on regional servicing times.

International Orders 

Shipping times will vary depending on customs clearance. DHL usually delivers within 7 - 14 days of shipping
